The Active Account Volume (AAV) is a crucial concept in Impulse World that determines the maximum challenge size you can handle simultaneously. Understanding and leveraging AAV will allow you to maximize your trading potential and growth on our platform.
What is AAV?
AAV is a variable that applies per verified user (by Email and KYC) and governs account size policies in Impulse World.
AAV Limits
General limit:
Evaluation phase: $1,050,000 USD
Funding phase: $1,050,000 USD
Pro Leagues: $1,050,000 USD
Limit for "Prime" Challenges:
If you acquire or are about to acquire a "Prime" Challenge ($1MM), your maximum limit increases to $1,500,000 USD in evaluation and funding phase.
If you acquire a Prime challenge in the "2x1 Prime" promotion, the second challenge delivered is activated when the first purchased challenge reaches the Pro Leagues level.
Remember: The 2x1 Prime promotion consists of getting a free prime challenge, provided that the first purchased Prime challenge has been successfully approved, complying with all trading policies and obtaining its first profit withdrawal
How does AAV work?
Accumulation: You can reach the maximum limit by accumulating non-merged challenges, ordered in ascending order according to payment date. a. Example: If you acquire a $30,000 USD challenge and another for $100,000 USD, your AAV will be $130,000 USD.
Merger: You can merge challenges of the same type and modality, respecting the promotion policy. a. Example: If you have a $300,000 USD One 18 challenge and another $100,000 USD One 18, you can merge them into a new $400,000 USD One 18 challenge.
Credential activation: Only credentials for challenges purchased first will be activated, until reaching the maximum allowed limit. Additional challenges will appear in read mode.
Note for Partners: A partner account can acquire "Regular" challenges through a purchase or obtain "Reward" challenges for having won an account in an Elevate edition. However, these types of accounts cannot be merged with "Partner" challenges.
AAV Expansion
The only way to expand your AAV limit is by getting a challenge to reach an Impulse II level in the Pro Leagues professional development program.
Important: Promotional Challenges do not apply for AAV expansion
Practical examples
Example 1:
You have a $1,050,000 USD account in funding phase.
You can acquire another $1,050,000 USD account in evaluation.
If you approve this challenge, the new account will remain in read mode until: a) You take the $1,050,000 USD account to the Impulse II rank in Pro Leagues, or b) You fail the first $1,050,000 USD account.
Example 2:
You have four accounts in funding phase: $315,000 USD, $315,000 USD, $315,000 USD, $105,000 USD (Total: $1,050,000 USD).
You can acquire a $630,000 USD challenge in evaluation phase.
If you approve this challenge and it moves to funding phase, it will remain in waiting mode until: a) You take two $315,000 USD accounts to the Impulse II rank, freeing up $630,000 USD in funding phase, or b) You fail two $315,000 USD accounts, freeing up $630,000 USD in funding phase.
AAV Policy for Pro Leagues traders
When an account reaches the Impulse II level within the Pro Leagues professional development program:
An extension in your AAV called "Pro Leagues" will be added with a maximum of $1,050,000 USD.
The amount of the account that managed to reach the Impulse II Level will no longer count towards the AAV in funding phase, but will count towards the Pro League phase AAV.
This frees up space in your funding phase AAV, allowing you to activate accounts that were in read mode.
Example:
You have four accounts in funding phase: $315,000 USD, $315,000 USD, $315,000 USD, $105,000 USD (Total: $1,050,000 USD).
One of your $315,000 USD accounts reaches the Impulse II level.
That $315,000 USD account now counts towards the Pro League AAV, freeing up $315,000 USD in the funding phase.
If you had a $315,000 USD Challenge in Read Mode waiting to operate in funding phase, you can now activate it.
Rewards in Pro Leagues
One 18 challenges awarded as Bonuses for reaching each Level of the Pro League program:
Are classified as "Reward" accounts.
Are subject to the AAV Policy.
If your maximum AAV in evaluation phase is full, this new "Reward" account will remain in read mode until space is freed up.
Alternative: You can exchange the Reward account for 50% of its value in Pulse Points to use in the Market Place.
Conclusion
Understanding and efficiently managing your AAV is key to maximizing your opportunities in Impulse World. It allows you to expand your trading capacity in a controlled and secure manner, while encouraging you to improve your performance to reach higher levels in Pro Leagues.
Always remember to operate within the limits of your AAV and take advantage of the growth opportunities offered by our professional development program.
